Natalie Cleeves MSc is a building surveyor with a candidate grade membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is on the building surveying pathway to become MRICS.
Natalie obtained a BA degree with honours in Sociology from the University of Kent in 2007 and obtained a 1st in her Masters in Building Surveying from Kingston University in 2014.
Natalie has worked for a range of clients that include various housing associations and local authorities. She started working for a local housing association as a maintenance surveyor in 2014 specialising in carrying out stock condition surveys and overseeing the maintenance and refurbishment works to their housing stock. In 2015 Natalie started working for a multi-disciplinary practice where she was predominantly managing new build housing schemes and developed expertise in contract administration for private clients and housing associations. Natalie has worked on a variety of refurbishment, repair and maintenance works overseeing the renovation of period properties and Listed Buildings. More recently she has focussed on party wall professional services, reinstatement valuations and overseeing external maintenance works.
Natalie is constantly adding to her continued professional development by attending seminars and is more recently gaining expertise in Party Wall issues.
When Natalie is not in the office she spends most of her time with her two children and particularly enjoys day trips to the beach, kayaking, theme parks and holidays to South Devon.
